David V. Spurlin, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a graduate of the University of Michigan. He completed his residency training at University of Michigan where he was part of the Cancer Center’s Multidisciplinary Melanoma Clinic and a Melanoma Fellow. He has been in private practice since 1997. Over those years he has honed his skills as one of the premier physicians in non-invasive aesthetic medicine in his geographical area. His experience with lasers dates back to his years as a resident at the University of Michigan where he completed several research studies focusing on different uses for lasers.

Dr. Spurlin is currently in a solo practice and is the founder and director of Peau Claire Medi-Spa. Peau Claire (French for “clear skin”), is conveniently located in the same freestanding, single use medical office as Dr. Spurlin’s Dermatology Practice. Performing over 2000 laser treatments each year, along with other non-invasive aesthetic therapies, Peau Claire is quickly becoming the most popular Medi-Spa in the affluent city of Birmingham, Michigan.
